The project of Church Synod hall is made by chief architect of the Temple ╠.╠. Posokhin and architects D.S. Solopov and └.V. Shishkov. Painting of supporting columns is made by ┼.N. Maximov (professor and Corresponding member of Russian Art Academy).
In 11 August 2000 Holy Patriarch Moskovsky and All-Russian Alexiy II solemnly sanctified the hall and in13 August 2000 after the long break in the hall was opened council of members of higher orders of clergy.
