Mosaic panel in the regional museum of Saratov region

Cooperation of Vladimir Boytsov with regional museum of Saratov region started in 1987 with creation of mosaic panel with panorama of the old town Balashov in the foyer of the museum. In 25 August 1992 newspaper «Balashovskaya pravda» wrote that the panel «do not keep visitors indifferent». And it is reasonable especially if you take into consideration that the panel presents real historic panorama of the town that is now lost. As a base for the creation of the panel were taken real historic photos of the town.

Later on when the panel was finished, town's authorities asked painter to restore architectural environment in regional museum. The objective was to improve the territory by giving it appropriate historical view and aesthetics.
